If any employee of the BPBC Corporation is not satisfied with the order passed by the Secretary, BPBC Corporation the said employee can prefer an appeal before the Director General-Cum-Chairman-Cum-Managing Director of BPBC Corporation within a period of 30 days from the date of passing of the order by the secretary, BPBC Corporation.
