अर्थ एंव सांख्यिकी निदेशालय, बिहार, पटना द्वारा अपना नियमित वार्षिक प्रकाशन बिहार झलक की नवीन संस्करण ‘‘बिहार एक झलक-2020‘‘ प्रकाशित किया जा रहा है। राज्य पुनर्गठन के पश्चात् यह अपनी श्रँखला का 20 वाँ संस्करण है।

The Central Government or a State Government or Union territory Administration shall designate one of its officers as a nodal officer for the purposes of statistics under this Act.

उपर्युक्त विषय के संबंध में कहना है कि वित्त विभाग के पत्रांक- 1132/वि0 दिनांक- 18.11. 2016 द्वारा यह सूचित किया गया है कि राज्य सरकार के कार्य विभागों द्वारा विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के लिए Bank of Sanction (BoS) की अधिसीमा बजटीय उपबंध की राशि से पूर्व के दायित्वों को घटाने के उपरांत नई परियोजनाओं हेतु शेष राशि का 1X3 गुणा तक ही रखी जाय एवं उसके अनुरूप ही योजना से संबंधित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति प्राप्त की जाय। सुलभ प्रसंग हेतु वित्त विभाग का वर्णित पा अनुलग्नक सहित संलग्न है।

Every State Government shall designate an officer, not below the rank of a Deputy Secretary to the State Government in a nodal department dealing with statistical matters, as the nodal officer for exercising powers and performing duties under these rules.

The present report is the outcome of the sincere and encouraging help rendered by Dr. Jitendra Sinha, Joint Director and present in-charge of the Directorate of Economics and Statistics (DES), and all his colleagues, especially Dr. Nirbhay Kumar, Deputy Director in the DES. They provided the necessary inputs in terms of relevant literature and reference materials pertaining to various line departments of the Government of Bihar and also organized meetings with Principal Secretaries of important line departments. My sincere thanks are to all of them. I also place on record the help provided by the Deputy Director in-charge of Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur which was very useful in understanding the district/divisional level data collection statusof the DES and practical problems faced in the field.
