On successful login, the main screen is displayed with various modules available for the user. Links for the screens/modules are enabled only for the users who have rights to the respective screens/modules; the other screens/modules for which the user doesn’t have rights will be disabled.

इस संबंध में उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रत्येक विभाग के अंतर्गत आने वाले सभी कार्यालयों का Creation CFMS, हेतु उक्त विभाग के प्राधिकृत Departmental Admin द्वारा Vertical hierarchy level में किया जाना है । इसके अंतर्गत निर्मित प्रत्येक कार्यालय (Office) में तीन तरह के पद यथा Maker, Checker एवं Approver उपलब्ध है । प्रत्येक पद एवं उसके कार्यों (Role) को CFMS में चिन्हित किया गया है अर्थात पद एवं उसके Role को CFMS के Admin Module में Map किया जाना है ।
