In case, no report is received within 30 days of issue of this OM it will be presumed that nothing adverse is on record.
In view of instructions at Para 2 above, OM No. DG/Manual 2022/Misc./16 dated 06.10.2023 stands withdrawn.
This issues with the approval of Director (P&WA), CPWD.
All other provisions of this OM are applicable for all the ongoing and future works are effective from date of issue of this OM.
