it is requested that necessary directions may please be issued to all NIT approving authorities to obtain physical copies of the General conditions of contract 2020 maintenance works against payment from the authorized source which is already indicated in the complimentary copy attached and is reproduced below for convenience. It may be noted that any error creeping in the contract in variance with the official version available on the CPWD website, shall be the sole responsibility of the NIT approving authority.

The NIT approving authorities may be advised to correlate and check the commercial version with the official version available on the CPWD website for accuracy and correctness. It may be noted that any error creeping in the contract in variance with the official version available on the CPWD website, shall be the sole responsibility of the NIT approving authority.

The debarment order shall be issued and uploaded on the CPWD website by the ADG/SDG. The required changes in ERP tendering system in this respect will be done by the officers as per delegation of authority.

The report may be sent by scanned email at email lD secm@nic within 30 days of the issue of this office memorandum. Designated officers are requested to write their names. The designation, department, full detailed postal address, landline number, emails ld. and mobile number in the report. ln case, no report is received within 30 days of the issue of this OM, it will be presumed that nothing adverse is on record.

This issue is with the approval of the Director General, CPWD.
