Extra Provision for specific site conditions in addition to those already covered by various Annexures of the CPWD Maintenance Manual be made on an item rate basis with the itemized schedule of Measurements and duly indexed DSR rate as per the latest cost index. In case, rates of specific items are not available in DSR, the Market rates be used instead, to frame the Maintenance estimate.

In exceptional cases, due to unavoidable reasons, if the scope and amount exceed A/A & E/S, then provisions of the CPWD works manual must be adhered to and it may be ensured that RPEs are initiated well in time without waiting for completion of work.

All SDGs/ADGs are requested two nominate atleast to officers each for participation in the Conference.

The Work experience criterion and financial soundness shall not be applicable for enlistment in Class - V and the degree holder shall be eligible for enlistment in Class - IV.

All concerned officers are advised to ensure that fair rent certificates are issued in a time-bound manner to various Central Government departments as applicable.
