In case of deployment of partly outsourced staff and partly work charged staff or fully outsourced staff, the service cost Index shall be worked out and issued as per data and note (3) in the calculation sheet for service cost index by respective SEs/CEs for the particular area.

The rate shall include the cost of materials and labor involved in all operations described above except for the items measured/enumerated separately under para 18.40.9.1 (Trenches), 18.40.10 (Thrust Block), 18.40.11 (Backfilling and Tamping), which shall be paid for separately.

All SDGs/ADGs of the respective Project region/region are requested to compile Monthly Report at their level in enclosed format and submit the report for the Month of February 2023.

To adopt EOC mode, if required for works costing less than Rs. 50 Crore, the NIT approving authority shall record the inability of department resources for architectural, structural, and services design for the work, duly endorsed to ADG/SDG concerned, before approving the NIT for EPC mode.

All ADGs/SDGs are requested to furnish the requisite details in the enclosed format by 20.02.2023 Positively.
