The effective date for implementing OM No. SE/TAS/GST121 dated 30.09.2022 on such work orders as mentioned at Sl' No 3 above shall be from the date prescribed by the GST authority.

All the SDGs are requested to send the detail of tenders called in EPC mode after 24.03.2022 and accepted by the Regional Works Board. The details must include the memo forward tenders, and minutes of the meeting of the accepted tenders latest by 13.07.2023.

All the empaneled Arbitrators are therefore requested to abide by the fee structure, as agreed by them at the time of empanelment.

CPWD is, therefore, requested to take urgent and proactive steps for the vacation of unsafe/dangerous houses and their renovation. All the concerned field units may be directed by CPWD for expeditious and time-bound implementation of instructions contained in the above-mentioned OM An Action Taken Report may also be sent on a monthly basis for enabling this Directorate to make a realistic assessment of the progress made in this regard.

ln view of the above, it is requested to initiate the process of MoU as per the requirement of CPWD Work Manual and also kindly ensure that the construction work of EMRSs does not get obstructed due to delay in MoU.
