It is further requested to furnish an Action Taken Report (ATR) on the Points mentioned in Para 2 above within a week i.e. latest by 01:00 Pm of 25.01.2024.
However, provision of IEMs and Integrity Pact shall be kept in NITs having estimated cost more than Rs. 300 crore by NIT approving authority, with a remark that "IEM appointed by CPWD shall be part of agreement."
