The controlling officers are advised to review the pending implementation of penalty orders as of L5.07.2023 under their jurisdiction as per above mentioned Memorandum dated 27.04.2023 and Submit a report thereon in the following format to their respective ADG/SDG who shall further send their port to Vigilance Unit, CPWD latest by 01.08.2023, after compilation of reports under their jurisdiction.

Therefore, the controlling officers are requested (i) to implement the penalty orders issued by the disciplinary authorities to the delinquent officials immediately, and (ii) to intimate commencement and completion of penalty orders to the Vigilance Unit without delay: failing which the matter will be viewed seriously.

During vigilance awareness week 2022, Vigilance Unit of CPWD organized a competition of Essay writing, painting/drawing of posters and slogan writing, Quiz, and Debate in Hindi and English.

The Commission always gives the highest importance to ensuring integrity in Public Governance through the tool of Preventive action that has been taken by the officials/Staff members which have helped the organization avoid misappropriation of funds etc.

After due deliberations, it was decided that for the sake of uniformity and to avoid multiplicity of authorities for the issuance of guidelines on Procurement related issues, Updated Manuals may be issued by D/O Expenditure only, after taking into consideration the guidelines issued by the commission.
