Any other matter, items, or requirements of law under CSR, not covered under this policy, where intentionally or un-intentionally and further whether presently applicable to the company or not, shall be complied with or acted upon as per the provisions of the act and the rules framed there under whenever and wherever required or applicable. If the company requires or desires to modify or amend any of these rules, or the CSR Policy in its entirety prior approval of the Board of Directors of the company shall be obtained upon recommendation of the CSR committee of the Company.

Kankarbagh STP site is Proposed in Pahari village in Kankarbagh, Patna District, Bihar within the existing STP site of Pahari STP at Pahari village. The STP will be Constructed over a total land area of six (6) hectares, laboratory, and other administrative buildings. The allocated land belongs to Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO). the identified sites are free from any form of encroachments. The STP has been designed for an Average Design Capacity of 50 MLD and a Peak Design Capacity of 112.5 MLD of influent (Sewage) flow.

To ensure that appropriate controls are rigidly adhered to when high-risk activities (e.g. entering confined spaces, working at heights) are being carried out, a permit-to-work system will be implemented. this ensures that work does not being until all the Safety and environmental controls are in place, and signed off. The permit is to be closed or extended after the approved time validity of the Permit. Both re-inspection of the Control measures and work area is to be done before approval. The land identified for the construction of Digha STP belongs to Patna Municipal Corporation (State Government). Land NOC is already in place, which was obtained by Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (BUIDCO) on 30.11.2020. A Land PArcel of 5.26 ha has been handed over to the concessionaire for developing the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and Its associated Structures. During the reconnaissance survey, it was observed that the land parcels allocated for the STP were being used for agricultural activities that included the growing of seasonal vegetables. Although these activities were temporary in nature, it is understood that the commencement of the project activities could potentially result in a loss of livelihood.
