This OM shall be applicable on the agreements drawn after the date of issue of this OM. For already drawn agreements, powers prior to issue of this OM shall be applicable.
Therefore, it is requested to upload the data of GPoA & GPRA (under CPWD/MoHUA only) in the prescribed proforma, after compilation at the level of SDG/ADG.
The respective SDGs / ADGs are requested to direct the officers under their jurisdiction to participate in the training actively and in all other related trainings for the process.
In case, no report is received within 30 days of issue of this OM, it will be presumed that nothing adverse is on record.
The other Provision related to disable person friendly for lifts in conformity with Harmonised Guidelines & Standards for Universal Accessibility in India 2021 by MoHUA, Govt. of India and IS: 15330:2020.
