It is seen that VSV Claims amounting to Rs. 779 lakh are Pending against CPWD (Annexure - II). All the Pending Claims need to be settled / paid immediately.

All ADGs / SDGs to ensure that the information in desired format is uploaded within the specified time.

It is therefore requested that it should be ensured by all the controlling offices that the documents sought by the vigilance Unit must be sent at the earliest to avert the recurrence of such inordinate delays in future.

However, the associated contractor must satisfy the eligibility criteria of having successfully completed one work of costing not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender with opted technology during the last seven years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.
