बिहार पंचायत सेवा नियमावली, 2010 एवं अधिसूचना संख्या - 11040 दिनांक 13.10.2023 को इस हद तक संशोधित किया जाता है।

इस नियमावली के प्रावधानों को प्रभावी करने में यदि कोई कठिनाई पैदा हो, तो राज्य सरकार या राज्य सरकार के निदेशानुसार कोई अन्य प्राधिकारी उसका यथास्थिति निराकरण करेगा या निर्णय करेगा।

Amendment in section 60 of the Bihar Act-6, 2006 :- sub-section (1) of section 60 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following:- (i) The Government shall appoint the Block Development officer as Executive officer of the Panchayat Samiti.

If for any reason, it is not possible to hold the general election of a Gram Panchayat before the expiry of a period of five years specified in sub-section (1) of Section 14, the Gram Panchayat shall stand dissolved on the expiration of the said period and all the powers and functions vested in the Gram Panchayat under this Act or under any other law for the time being in force shall be exercised or performed by an Advisory Committee which the State Government may, by notification, constitute for this purpose."

Payment of fixed fees-Payment of fixed fees will be made on the basis of absentee report/statement issued by Sarpanch or in his absence by the Up-sarpanch in the manner which the Government may, by order, prescribe."
