Ministry issued Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for the engagement of an Authority Engineer (AE) / Independent Engineer (IE) on 15.02.2019.

AS & FA (RT&H) reviewed the RCC of Work on NH-104 (LOT-Il) and Authority Engineer Services for work on NH-106 & NH-30A on 13.04.2023 through Hybrid Mode. The list of participants is placed in Annexure-1.

Revised Cost Committee meeting of Work on NH-104 (LOT-1) and Authority Engineer Services for work on NH-106 & NH-30A being executed through State RCD/ PIUs under the chairmanship of AS&FA (RT&H) for kind perusal and further necessary action.

It is mentioned that the applications would be accepted through the online portal on Ministry's website (https:/ Imorth.nic.in/). The portal will be opened w.e.f. t" May 2023 to 30th May 2023 for inviting applications.

The utility services shall normally be permitted to cross the National Highway either through structure or conduits specially built for that Purpose. The casing/conduit pipe should, as a minimum, extend from drain to drain in cuts and toe of slope to tor of slope in the fills and shall be designed in accordance with the provision of IRC and executed following the Specifications of the Ministry.
