In Case of BOT Projects in the States under Member (PPP), Member (Fin.) is the Convener of above PATSC (BOT). Above PATSC (BOT) will be assisted by one Chartered Accountant of thorough financial analysis & One Advocate for thorough Checking of Legal Documents (DCA/RFP).
The Copies of the DoPT's OMs/guideline/instruction issued from time to time, along with the PoSH Act, 2013 (Annexure -I) and the PoSH Rules, 2013 (Annexure - II) are enclosed herewith.
If replies have already been given, the amended replies in these 2 issues be re-issued.
A Copy of the Bulletin or intimation received from MoRT&H about date of laying shall also be kept in the concerned file/E-file for records.
MoRT&H has issued Clarifications/Amendments in RFP of the PBMC documents and its SOP vide office Memorandum No. RW/G-23012/01/2019 - w&A (Pt. III) dated 15.02.2024. The same is enclosed here with for implementation and ensuring the Amendments in RFP as per OM cited at ref. (1).
