The State Government shall ensure that details of the finalized WLMP, SMC Plan and disposition of monies, payment of deficit amount, etc. shall be approved by the competent authority and concurred by the concerned IRO of the Ministry within a period of one year from the date of deposit of the said amount. The Guidelines dated 8.06.2022 stand modified to the extent as indicated above in respect of linear projects.

In the said Policy Circular the name mentioned at Sr. No. of Team 2 (Sr. No. of firm 2) at Annexure -A, "Avalozee consultant private limited" may be read as "Ayoleeza consultant Private Limited."

The Division Shall take necessary steps for registration and management of NPS in NHAI in accordance with the rules / Procedure Prescribed by PFRDA / Concerned Authorities from time to time.

Interest Shall be due and payable on the reduced balance of Completion Cost at an interest rate equal to the average of one year MCLR of the Top 5 Scheduled commercial Banks on 1st September every calendar year based on the balance sheet size as declared in their annual reports.

All the existing employees who had joined NHAI on a regular basis before 01.01.2023 shall have the option either to continue with the existing CPF scheme under EPFO or to Join the New Pension Scheme. The Modalities for the switchover to NPS in respect of existing employees are being worked out and will be notified separately.
