You are also informed that if any Personnel / Staff / Firm is found indulged in any Corrupt Practices, necessary action including Blacklisting & Debarment against the Concerned firm & Personnel / Staff as per Consultancy Contract Agreement will be initiated without any further notice.

The Baseline work programme shall be updated every month as per the updated Hindrance Register (Impacted Programme on Project Management Tools) to assess its impact on the critical path and the overall project completion schedule and shall be included in the MPR. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.

The list of banks shall be next reviewed on 1st September 2024 and the rates shall be published for 1st day of every quarter.

Further, PIU and / or RO shall fill the requisite details in Data Lake Module as detailed in Policy circular No. 12.33/2033 dated 6th June, 2023 specifically created for monitoring black spots and accident spots.

In view of above, directions are hereby issued to all concerned for strict compliance that in case of submission of wrong JV shares in the bids of consultancy assignments, the bid shall become non-responsive and other bids will be processed following the due procedure.
