The copies of the DoPT's OMs / Guidelines / instructions issued from time to time, along with the PoSH Act, 2013 (Annexure - I) and the PoSH Rules, 2013 (Annexure -II) are enclosed herewith.

Notification shall be published in two newspapers, circulating strictly in local edition of the area only, of which one must be in vernacular language. ROs shall ensure selection of seven top circulating daily newspapers on rotation.

In view of the above, Technical Division are requested to initiate appropriate action for withdrawal of ongoing court cases pertaining to their Divisions by NHAI as well as contractors in terms of said policy guidelines.

Further, it is mentioned that these lists are not applicable for standalone specialized projects, therefore, Technical Division are required to carry out complete evaluation in such cases.
