However, in exceptional Circumstances on case-to-case basis based on proper Justification, strengthening work with DBM in a length more than 10% of the project length may also be considered as part of PBMC work.

"..................., save and except for para - 7.8 of this Policy Circular for the purpose of maintenance charges for COS works, which shall be applicable for all types of contracts which are not yet closed/terminated/foreclosed".

In respect of above referred policy circular it is clarified that "The bidder Cannot revise their share among Lead / Jv Partner after submission of bids". Other provisions of above referred policy circulars shall remain unchanged.

The Charges for above testing shall be borne by respective PIU and PIU shall make prompt payment to shriram institute within 07 days of raising of invoice, forwarded by Quality Division.
