Bid submitted through any other mode shall not be entertained. However, Bid Security, Power of Attorney for the signing of the Bid, Power of Attorney for a lead member of the Consortium, if any, Joint Bidding Agreement for Consortium, if any, Integrity Pact, and experience certificates apostle at foreign origin, if any and other documents required as per clause 2.11.2 of RFP shall be submitted physically in original by the Lowest Bidder before issuance of Letter of Award (LOA) by the Authority. Please note that the Authority reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.

Serially numbered footnotes in this Agreement are for the guidance of the Authority and should be omitted from the draft Agreement forming part of Bid Documents. Footnotes marked “$” shall be retained in the draft Agreement.
