This is issued without prejudice to the rights of the NHIDCL available in accordance with RFP document dated: 15.09.2023 and/or under applicable low.

The Debarment Notice is issued without prejudice to any other right or remedy available with the Authority Under the RFP and/or applicable law.

In light of the aforesaid fraudulent Practice adopted by M/s. Ganesh Ram Dokania NHIDCL/Authority hereby debars the Bidder i.e. M/s. Ganesh Ram Dokania Construction under Clause 2.6.3, 2.20.4 (b), 4.1, and 4.2 of the RFP for a period of (One) 1 Year from Participating in the future Projects of NHIDCL.

Shri. Aditya Ishwar has been on unauthorized leave and has shown his inability to join the project, thereby violating the GCC Clause 4.5.6 of the Contract Agreement. Therefore, as per stipulations of the GCC Clause 4.5.6 of the Contract Agreement, Shri Aditya Ishwar is hereby debarred for 2 years from engagement on NHIDCL/MoRT&H’s project of or to be undertaken by it either directly or indirectly effective from the date of this Circular.

Therefore, as per stipulations of the TOR Clause 11 of the Contract Agreement, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sahuis is hereby debarred for 24 Months from engagement on BHIDCL/MoRT&H's projects of / or to be undertaken by it either directly or indirectly effective from the date of this circular.
