Debarment may be taken by the Client, it he leaves the assignment in the middle of the completion of the Project. The Same condition has not been adhered to by the Personnel, who had left the site without completing the assignment.

Authority's Engineer vides their letter No. Nil dated 23.12.2022 has informed that Mr. Kamlesh Prasad Shah has denied Joining the Project Site and is not available to render their Services for the Subject Projects.

NHIDCL vide letter at the ref (iii), has declared the Maintenance Contractor, M/s Tanor Engineering as a "Non-performer" and debarred for a period of one (01) year from participating in the future projects of NHIDCL/ MoRT&H/ NHAI directly or indirectly, in any form, in any work.

As Per stipulations of the TOR clause 11 of the Contract Agreement, Shri Kshiti Sunder Roy is hereby debarred for 02 years from engagement on NHIDCL/MoRT&H's Project of / or to be undertaken by it either directly or indirectly effective from the date of this Circular.

As per stipulation of the GCC Clause 4.5.6 of the Contract Agreement Sandeep Kumar Tiwari is hereby debarred/blacklisted from participating in future projects of NHIDCL/MoRT&H excluding agencies for a period of 02 Years from the date of issue of this notice.
