M/s Voyants Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In association with Yashica Consultants and Education Services Pvt. Ltd. is hereby debarred for a period of 2 (Two) Years from Participating in future Projects of NHIDCL/MoRT&H either directly or indirectly from participating in future projects of NHIDCL/MoRT&H either directly or indirectly from the date of issue of this notice in accordance with para 3 (3) (a) & (e) MoRT&H Circular No. RW/NH-33044/76/2021/S&R (P&B) dated 07.10.2021. The Debarment order is issued without the authority under the contract Agreement and or applicable law.

Mr. Shafiulla A. M is hereby debarred/blacklisted from participating in future projects of NHIDCL/MoRT&H for a Period of 02 Years from the date of issue of this notice in accordance with clause 4.5.6 of the Contract Agreement.

Shri. Rajeev Sood, the Executive Director (P) RO-Imphal is hereby debarred for engagement in NHIDCL and in any Projects under execution by NHIDCL, either through the EPC Contractors or Consultancy firms working in NHIDCL projects.

Shri. Dipu Dutta the Deputy General Manager, (Projects) SO-Singngat, Manipur is hereby debarred for engagement in NHIDCL and in any Projects under execution by NHIDCL, either through the EPC Contractors or Consultancy firms working in NHIDCL projects. The Debarment order is issued without Prejudice to any right or remedy available with the Authority under the Contract Agreement and/or applicable law.

This order of debarment may also be read in Compliance with the direction passed in an order dated 08.06.2022 in the W.P (C) No. 201/2022 titled M/s. North East Engineering & Construction Agency Vs. The Union of India & Ors., by the Hon'ble The Gauhati High Court, Itanagar Bench.
