Shri Arindam Mukhopadhyay refused to join the Project even after providing his consent to remain in the subject project (s) for its entire duration, thereby violating the TOR Clause 11 of the Contract Agreement.
Mr. Manoj Kumar Giri has not joined the project site and is not available to render their services for the subject project. Therefore, as per stipulation for the GCC Clause 4.5.6 of the contract Agreement, Mr. Manoj Kumar Giri is hereby debarred/blacklisted from participating agencies for a period of 02 Years from the date of issue of this notice.
This Debarment order is issued without Prejudice to any other right or remedy available with the Authority under the contract Agreement and/or applicable law.
