Additionally, SRRDAs who have not yet opened a Security Deposit Account are advised to open Security Deposit Account immediately and transfer all deposits in Security Deposit Account on or before 31.03.2024.

The final guideline for performance evaluation of Quality Monitors is enclosed. You are requested to issue the necessary directions to the concerned officers / committee to carry out periodic performance evaluations (every six months) of SQMs, using the procedure and evaluation format prescribed in the enclosed guidelines.

The above should be certified by the CEO, SRRDA and submitted to NRIDA for enabling required entries in OMMAS.

All SRRDAs must finalize these entries by the end of the current financial year, i.e. 31st March 2024. This will be accomplished by processing the Transfer Entry Order (TEO) in OMMAS, as indicated in the workflow chart (Attached).
