You are, therefore, requested to ensure that the de-empanelled status of all SQMs along with the reasons for de-empanelment, is updated on OMMAS. Also, whenever there is a change in the empanelment status of SQM, it is immediately uploaded on OMMAS.

The finance wing of SRRDA shall ensure compliance with the same and release the deposits only after e-MARG System generated Defect Completion Certificate. The format of the Defect Liability Certificate as generated in e-MARG is enclosed as Annexure -I.

NRIDA has identified the institutions who would be arranging the proficiency test. The procedure for enrolling and generating e-admit cards for the proficiency test shall be notified in due course of time by the institutes who will be conducting the proficiency test.

The State Level Standing Committee (SLSC) would scrutinize the proposals to see that they are in accordance with the Guidelines and that the proposals of the members of parliament have been given full consideration.
