The Chief Engineer of the SRRDA and the SQC shall sensitize all officials of the level of JE, AE, and EE about the test schedule and issue necessary directions to ensure participation in the proficiency test.

The above amendments shall be applicable with immediate effect. However, the bidding documents for all tenders invited after 1st July 2023 shall be modified accordingly to incorporate these amendments. This means that any tenders invited after 1st July, 2023 must Performance Security as per the amended SBD of PMGSY.

The test template would be 60-90 multiple choice questions (MCQs) to be answered in electronic format. The date and time of the test shall be indicated shortly. Meanwhile, the chief Engineers of the SRRDA in all states and UTs are requested to Sansitise their officials in this regard.
