In case of any inconsistency in the performance of the products from the empaneled firms, the same should be reported and the one-time source approval of the firm will be suspended without any further notice.

Concerned GM (Tech) HQ NHAI has been designated as the Nodal Officer to Put up the proposal for nomination of an Arbitrator on behalf of NHAI. Policy Guidelines No. 2.1.22/2017 dated 01.06.2017 is modified to the above extent.

All other terms and conditions of policy guidelines No. 18.51 and 18.53 (amended as policy guideline No. 18.54) will remain unchanged (copy attached for reference)

Hence, Technical divisions, ROs/PDs are directed to strictly ensure that only those activities which are permitted in accordance with contract Agreement/Concession Agreements, shall be allowed before the appointed date, and construction work shall not start before the declaration of the appointed date.
