Accordingly, 16 firms having 19 teams are considered for empanelment as safety consultants (The final list of firms and their team members is enclosed as annexure A). The empanelment of these 16 firms/19 firms will add to the existing list of 75 teams already impaneled as Safety Consultants vide Circular Nos. 12.12/2020 dated. 19.06.2020/ 12.24/2022 dated. 13.01.2022 and 12.29/2023 dated 05.01.2023.

In the case of a consortium, the combined technical capability and net worth of those Members, who have and shall continue to have an equity share satisfy the above conditions of eligibility; Provided that each such member shall, for a period of 1 (one year from the date of (Commercial Operation) of the Project, hold equity share capital not less than (i) 26 % (twenty-Six percent) of the Subscribed and paid up equity of the SPV; and (ii) 5% (five percent) of the Total Project cost specified in the concession Agreement.
